At the Conscious Coaching Collective, we help you approach coaching in a unique way. We do not believe life happens in steps, rather, it is a blend and layering of many variables that will create a unique set of circumstances specific to each individual. As such, our programs are not guided in steps, rather by an intentional and deliberate examination and learning process. We believe learning is never completed, and we encourage and inspire you throughout our curriculum to be open and curious about yourself, the coaching dynamics, and in your future coaching work. We also take a science with soul approach, and believe the foundations of learning must be grounded in ethics and theory, and will teach you how these very principles will guide you in your work with clients.
